At JOGA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original condition. If your equipment doesn't help you play your best, we'll make it right with a seamless refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the gear is unworn and clean.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
